Regular issue 11(3) of the journal «Nature Conservation Research» has been released

This issue of the journal «Nature Conservation Research» contains articles devoted to various taxonomic groups of organisms of Asia, Europe and Africa, and litter deposition dynamics in vereda of Brazil. This issue includes 10 articles. The results of a long-term conservation initiative aimed at supporting Falco rusticolus through the creation and monitoring of artificial nesting sites on the Yamal Peninsula (Russia) are presented. The long-term population dynamics of small mammals within the Crane Homeland Sanctuary (European Russia) are demonstrated. The impact of beaver activity on the plant community structure, soil properties, and biodiversity of primary spruce forests in the Vodlozersky National Park (Russia) has been investigated. An analysis of the dynamics of the number of orchid (Orchidaceae) records in Yekaterinburg and its surroundings (Russia) has been conducted. A new species, Carabus (Archiplectes) kurilini sp. nov. (Insecta, Coleoptera, Carabidae), is described from the upper reaches of the River Mzymta (Northwestern Caucasus). The social organisation of Tursiops truncatus in the coastal waters of the Karadag State Nature Reserve (Southeastern Crimea, Black Sea) has been studied. An assessment of the resilience of diatom communities in Protected Areas of Northeast Asia was performed, utilising the Olyokma State Nature Reserve as a model territory and other most extensively studied diatom floras of Protected Areas. The influence of abiotic factors on the temporal dynamics of litter deposition in the veredas of the Brazilian Cerrado was investigated. The first country records of the species Leucospis petiolata (Hymenoptera: Leucospidae) in Vietnam and Ocydromia glabricula (Diptera: Hybotidae) in Morocco are presented.
